Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher and two years of professional experience.
• Associate's degree and six years of professional experience.
• Sensitivity to and understanding of the diverse academic socio-economic, cultural, disability, and ethnic backgrounds of community college students (AB 1725, 87360a).

Responsibilities

• Provide instruction in accordance with Imperial Valley College curriculum and course outlines.
• Prepare classes, maintain syllabi, evaluate student learning outcomes.
• Submit grades and attendance records by published deadlines.
• Maintain professional conduct and ethics.
• Advise students on academic matters.
• Maintain competency in the field.

Education
