UPS is seeking a responsible supervisor to lead our Package Handlers in a dynamic warehouse environment in Oakland. You will train teams, maintain safety standards, and ensure accurate, efficient operations. Strong communication and leadership are essential.

The role requires managing resources, promoting teamwork, and implementing development plans to support staff growth while adhering to safety policies and compliance guidelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or international equivalent preferred.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse.
• Flexibility to work up to 5 days per week.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office software.
