Job summary

UPS is seeking a dedicated supervisor to oversee Package Handlers and lead training, development, and safety initiatives across the workgroups. You will shape attendance, accuracy, and customer service quality while fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture.

Responsibilities include enforcing safety policies, optimizing resources for maximum output, and guiding ongoing professional growth through targeted coaching and orientation.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift 70 lbs/32 kgs and work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Ability to work flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Bachelor's Degree or International equivalent - Preferred; Management experience - Preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervises Package Handlers and trains, develops, and holds workgroups responsible for safety, production and attendance.
• Leads to maintain high standards for productivity, accuracy, customer service, and safety across the department.
• Manages department resources to maximize output and efficiency and promotes a positive, team-oriented environment.
• Implements development plans and provides coaching for continuous professional growth.
