Job summary

UPS in Lathrop, CA is seeking a Part-time Hub Supervisor to oversee Package Handlers, train staff, and ensure safety, production and attendance targets are met. Lead a team to achieve accuracy and top-tier customer service while maintaining strong inter-department collaboration.

The role requires lifting up to 70 lbs, flexible shift availability (up to 5 days/week), and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Bachelor’s degree or international equivalent preferred, with management experience a plus.

Qualifications

• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Bachelor's Degree or International equivalent preferred (management experience preferred).
• Ability to lift 70 lbs (32 kg).
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Availability to work flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week.

Responsibilities

• Supervises Package Handlers and trains and develops workgroups for safety, production and attendance.
• Sets and maintains high standards for productivity, accuracy, customer service, organization and safety.
• Fosters a positive, team-oriented environment and pro-active communication across departments.

• Ensures safety policies and OSHA requirements are followed at all times.
