Job summary

Del Mar College is seeking qualified instructors to join the HUMAN RESOURCES TRAINING INSTRUCTOR POOL for Continuing Education. These are part-time assignments on an as-needed basis across various times and locations, with one-year validity on initial application and renewal options.

Responsibilities include teaching HR courses, developing instructional materials, and evaluating student progress. Prior CANVAS experience and SHRM certification are preferred; a minimum Associate Degree is required.

Qualifications

• Requires an Associate Degree and five years of HR experience.
• SHRM Certified Professional or SHRM Senior Certified Professional certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Teach assigned Continuing Education HR courses in varied times/locations.
• Develop and use teaching methods and materials for diverse students.
• Evaluate student progress and assign final grades.
• Maintain attendance rosters and input grades; submit required documents to Career Training.
