Qualifications

• 6 months of HR experience
• 6 months of customer service experience
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Internet Explorer
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work autonomously, maintain confidentiality, and prioritize tasks
• Strong attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to external and internal candidates
• Help candidates maneuver Jobs @ UIowa site and provide position recommendations
• Help draft resumes and applications
• Assist candidates with the formal application process within the Talent Acquisition portal
• Troubleshoot technical issues and support candidates during recruitment
• Assist with communication between candidates and hiring managers when necessary
