The intern will assist with recruitment, onboarding, benefits, records management, and process improvement projects while collaborating with the HR team and International Services.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supporting HR administrative functions, including recruitment, onboarding, benefits, and records management.
• Assisting with special projects designed to improve HR processes, workflows, and overall service to The Wertheim UF Scripps community.
• Supporting The Wertheim UF Scripps International Services with immigration‑related HR processes as needed.
• Collaborating with HR team members to identify opportunities for process improvement.
• Researching, compiling, and analyzing HR‑related information, data, and inquiries.
• Monitoring and triaging incoming HR emails and routing requests to the appropriate team member.
