Job summary

Katten Muchin Rosenman LLP seeks an HR Onboarding Coordinator in Chicago to manage onboarding, integration, and offboarding for attorneys and professionals. This role partners with Recruiting, IT, Payroll, and Practice Groups, maintaining confidentiality and service excellence.

The position is part-time (20–25 hours/week) with on-site Tuesdays, requiring strong organizational and communication skills to ensure a seamless employee experience across the Firm.

Qualifications

• Onboarding and offboarding experience preferred.
• Experience with HR documentation and compliance requirements.
• Familiarity with HRIS and benefits administration.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support onboarding for new hires and transitions.
• Assist with offboarding and departure logistics.
• Provide HR process support and maintain employee records.
