Arctic Cat Inc. is seeking a Part-Time HR Office Coordinator at our Thief River Falls location. The role provides timely HR support, handles employee inquiries, payroll and benefits tasks, and helps coordinate talent acquisition and employee relations activities.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of HR experience required.
• Experience with HRIS/payroll systems (Paylocity) required.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.

Responsibilities

• Responds to employee and applicant questions via phone, email, or in-person.
• Manages application status updates and follow-ups.
• Collaborates with HR leaders, Payroll and Benefits staff, and Talent Acquisition to resolve issues.
• Supports benefits enrollment during new hire enrollments and life events.
• Assists with open enrollment communications and data processing.
• Partners with HR to administer payroll, leaves of absence, and time transactions.
• Maintains HR records and accurate information flow between departments.
• Supports employee events and recognition programs.
• Gently manage foot traffic in HR areas and schedule meetings as needed.
• Works core office hours for peak HR activity.
