Flytrex is seeking a highly capable Part-Time HR Manager to own local HR operations and staffing in the US. This role balances recruitment with HR administration and compliance, offering day-to-day flexibility and potential to grow into a full-time position.

Based in Texas with a hybrid work setup, you will lead end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, time-tracking oversight, and maintain audit-ready files, acting as the main HR liaison for the US team and ensuring compliance with state and federal

Qualifications

4+ years of experience in combined HR administration and active recruiting in the US market.
Excellent interviewing skills and strong attention to detail.
Proficiency with time-tracking, scheduling, or workforce management software.
Hands-on experience with Comeet and Vensure.
Knowledge of state and federal labor laws, with Texas knowledge a major plus.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end recruitment and interviewing for operations and professional roles using Comeet.
Manage onboarding, background checks, and core employee data in HRIS.
Oversee time-tracking and attendance to ensure payroll accuracy.
Maintain audit-ready HR files and ensure compliance with labor laws.
Serve as primary point of contact for policy questions and HR inquiries.
