Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a four-year accredited degree program in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, Diversity and Inclusion or Psychology.
• Completed at least two years of undergraduate studies in one of the above fields.
• Possess the eligibility to work in the US without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Assist Office of Diversity and Inclusion, BRGs and D&I Councils with summer programs and events.
• Help prepare D&I social media posts, research and other communications tasks.
• Support internal and external diversity-related programming.
• Collaborate with various functions on D&I priorities.
• Aid in planning, coordinating and communicating key activities and resources.
