Job summary

Bechtel offers a U.S. Summer Internship Program exposing students to hands-on human resources work acrossBechtel’s global business units.

The 10-week program runs mid-June to mid-August, pairing students with mentors, projects, and professional development to translate classroom learning into practice. Interns join teams on Employee Services, Talent Acquisition, and Employment Administration, gaining experience through real assignments, executive speaker sessions, and end-of-program

Qualifications

Currently enrolled in a four-year BS degree program in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, Global Business Management, Organizational Development, Psychology, Sociology, or Communications.
Completed at least one year of undergraduate studies in one of the above fields.
Possess the eligibility to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

Recruiting and Staffing: Recruit students for internships and post-college careers.
Compensation And Benefits: Design and administer innovative benefits and wellness programs.
Learning And Development: Develop high-impact learning programs to help employees at all levels build their skills.
Employee Relations/Diversity And Inclusion: Support employees and managers in resolving issues and foster an inclusive environment.
HR Technology: Use HR technologies to support HR processes and strategies.
Employee Deployment And Processing: Maintain payroll and manage global mobility and relocation.
