Job summary

Atrium Hospitality is seeking a part-time Human Resources Coordinator to support the Lincoln Embassy Suites team. The role provides timely HR assistance to associates, guests, and candidates, while partnering with HR leadership on recruitment and payroll tasks.

You will maintain records, ensure compliance, and help drive employee engagement through HRIS reporting and recognition programs. Bilingual abilities are a plus in a diverse property environment.

Qualifications

• Previous HR or administrative experience.
• Customer service background.
• Strong computer skills: Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Bilingual preferred.
• Hospitality or recruiting experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming and efficient HR office for associates, guests, and candidates.
• Assist HR leader and hiring managers with recruitment per guidelines.
• Support payroll processing to ensure on-time pay.
• Maintain employment records and compliance docs.
• Coordinate HRIS reporting and support employee engagement initiatives.
