Job summary

Atrium Hospitality's Embassy Suites Lincoln is seeking a part-time breakfast and evening reception associate to ensure a welcoming guest experience. You will prepare, present, and maintain breakfast and/or reception offerings, keep service areas clean, restock, and assist in bar/service areas as needed.

Qualifications

• Restaurant, customer service, or cashier experience preferred.
• Food Safety and Alcohol Awareness certifications (or willingness to obtain within 60 days).
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs during your shift.
• Flexible availability for days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Set the stage for a great guest experience by preparing, presenting, and maintaining our complimentary breakfast and/or evening reception.
• Keep everything clean, stocked, and guest-ready - buffets, service areas, tables, and equipment.
• Greet guests with a friendly, helpful attitude and handle questions or concerns quickly and professionally.
• Jump in where needed - light food prep, restocking, bussing tables, or supporting bar/service areas.
• Follow food safety and sanitation standards to ensure a safe, clean environment for guests and team members.
• Monitor food quality, proper storage, and temperature standards throughout your shift.
• Work as part of a team to keep service running smoothly and efficiently.
• Communicate key updates during shift changes to keep everyone aligned.
• Follow all safety, security, and company policies, and report any issues as needed.
