Sitrin Health Care Center in New Hartford, NY is seeking a part-time Human Resources Employee Coordinator to support daily HR operations. The role handles orientation, inquiries, file management, and communications with staff, under the direction of the HR Director.

The ideal candidate will have an Associate degree or relevant experience, strong organization and communication skills, the ability to work independently, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

Mansioni

• Scheduling and conducting new hire orientation.
• Answering routine questions or referring to the HR Director as appropriate.
• Filing and organizing employee files/uploads.
• Receiving inquiries and correspondence for the HR office (phone, mail, email, in-person).
• Perform duties in adherence with ethics and compliance and protect PHI confidentiality.
• Any other duties as assigned by the Director.
