Job summary

The Boys & Girls Clubs of Central Florida is seeking a Human Resources Manager in Orlando to lead day-to-day HR operations and partner with the CHRO on workforce strategies.

Responsibilities include full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, performance management, benefits and leave administration, HR compliance, and HRIS data integrity across 40+ sites. This exempt, full-time role reports to the CHRO and supervises two HR Generalists and an HR Intern.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in Human Resources or related field.
• Five years of progressive human resources experience across multiple HR functions.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the CHRO to translate organizational goals into actionable HR priorities for multiple Club sites.
• Provide day-to-day management, coaching, and direction to HR Generalists and HR Interns.
• Manage full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding with compliant practices.
• Oversee HRIS data integrity, reporting, and compliance with regulations.
• Lead benefits administration, open enrollment, and leave programs (FMLA, ADA, etc.).
• Drive performance management, employee relations, and engagement initiatives.
