Job summary

Boy s & Girls Clubs of Central Florida is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager in Orlando to oversee day-to-day HR operations, recruitment, onboarding, and benefits administration across 40+ sites. This exempt, full-time role reports to CHRO and leads a small HR team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HRIS, compliance, employee relations, and performance management, with the ability to drive data-driven decisions and improvements across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive HR experience across multiple HR functions.
• Experience leading HR projects and supervising staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day HR operations and support club sites.
• Manage full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding with compliant processes.
• Maintain HRIS data integrity and generate HR reports for leadership.
