Responsibilities

• Assist with recruitment activities such as scheduling and phone screens and on-site interviews.
• Prepare materials and assist with new hire orientation and onboarding (I-9 verification, HRIS data entry).
• Serve as a point of contact for HR policy questions.
• Participate in employee relations issues, investigations, coaching and disciplinary processes with HR leadership.
• Support attendance tracking and administer corrective actions when needed.
• Help plan company events (catering, room bookings, visitor coordination).
