Job summary

GeoControl Systems, Inc. is seeking a highly organized Human Resources Assistant to support daily HR operations, recruitment, onboarding, and benefits administration. The role emphasizes confidential records, compliance, and high-quality employee service in a HUBZone environment.

You will work closely with the HR team to ensure efficient processes, accurate records, and a positive employee experience while adhering to HUBZone residency requirements.

Qualifications

• Highschool diploma or GED required.
• Associate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• 1–2 years of administrative, office support, customer service, or HR experience preferred.
• Experience supporting HR, recruitment, onboarding is a plus.
• Must reside in a HUBZone or be willing to relocate to one.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily administrative support to HR and maintain confidential files.
• Assist with recruitment, applicant tracking, and candidate communications.
• Coordinate onboarding activities and new-hire documentation.
• Support benefits enrollment, employee inquiries, and HR communications.
• Maintain HUBZone residency documentation and compliance records.
