Job summary

You will handle attendance metrics, new hire packets, recognition programs, surveys, and performance reviews, balancing shop-floor presence with administrative duties in a fast-paced, employee-owned manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Prior administrative, human resources or office experience preferred.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and data entry proficiency.
• Experience using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Excel) and Paylocity is a plus.
• Comfortable working regularly on a shop floor rather than solely in an office.

Responsibilities

• Run and summarize weekly attendance and staffing reports for leadership.
• Prepare onboarding packets and coordinate new hire orientation.
• Support Employee of the Month program and recognition tracking.
• Build surveys across AECO companies and track participation.
• Monitor performance review status and generate completion reports.
