Job summary

Father Bill’s & MainSpring is seeking a Regular Part-Time Site Support Associate to oversee day-to-day housing site operations in Attleboro, MA. You will ensure safety, privacy, and policy compliance, collaborating with Case Managers and staff to deliver stable housing services.

The role requires an Associate’s Degree in Human Services or 1–3 years of related experience, with a strong commitment to assisting people facing homelessness.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree in Human Services or related field sought; experience acceptable.
• 1–3 years in housing, social services, or related field.
• Commitment to privacy and client confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of housing sites across multiple locations in the South Shore.
• Maintain privacy of guest/program participant information in accordance with policies and law.
• Report concerns regarding privacy or policy violations to management without retaliation.
• Participate in staff, agency, triage and other meetings as requested.
• Provide oversight of housing sites and maintain a safe environment for tenants.
• Maintain knowledge of Permanent Supportive Housing services and coordinate with staff to adjust services as needed.
• Work with Case Managers to ensure policy implementation and tenant protocol consistency.
• Establish and maintain tenant recordkeeping, logs, and incident reports.
• Assess situations involving staff, tenants, and buildings, making referrals as needed.
• May transport participants and coordinate with emergency/crisis services when necessary.
• Engage with tenants to assure program compliance and document outcomes.
