Ecobrite Services, LLC seeks a part-time Housekeeping Janitor to support building services. The role requires strong organization, dedication, and the ability to handle multiple duties while coordinating with management to maintain a cleaning schedule and daily routines.

Qualifications include a high school diploma (preferred) and the ability to pass federal and DMV background checks. Responsibilities cover general cleaning, floor maintenance, specialized cleaning, and safety/compliance tasks;

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in commercial or institutional cleaning is an asset.
• Knowledge of cleaning techniques, materials, and equipment.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Attention to detail and thoroughness in completing tasks.
• Effective communication skills to interact with coworkers and supervisors.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, and perform tasks for extended periods; lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• General Cleaning: Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors; empty waste receptacles; clean and sanitize surfaces; dust; clean windows; restrooms; refill supplies.
• Floor Maintenance: Strip, wax, buff floors; shampoo carpets; remove stains.
• Specialized Cleaning: Follow protocols for sensitive areas; sanitize high-touch surfaces; operate cleaning equipment.
• Safety and Compliance: Complete trainings; follow safety guidelines; comply with chemical and equipment regulations; report maintenance needs; follow confidentiality policies.
