Ecobrite Services, LLC is seeking a part-time Housekeeping Janitor to perform building services across various cleaning tasks. The role requires organization, reliability, and the ability to follow a cleaning schedule set by management.

Responsibilities include general cleaning, floor maintenance, and specialized cleaning in sensitive areas. Candidates must be 18+ and able to pass background checks; shifts include day/evening hours and weekends.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• General Cleaning: Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors; clean surfaces; empty trash; sanitize restrooms; refill supplies.
• Floor Maintenance: Strip, wax, buff floors; shampoo carpets; remove stains.
• Specialized Cleaning: Clean high-touch surfaces; use appropriate cleaners; operate floor scrubbers and carpet extractors.
• Safety and Compliance: Follow trainings; adhere to safety guidelines; report maintenance needs; comply with security policies.
