Ecobrite Services, LLC is seeking a part-time Housekeeping Janitor to support building services. The role requires organization, dedication, and the ability to manage multiple duties, coordinating with management to maintain cleaning schedules and daily routines.

Responsibilities cover general cleaning, floor maintenance, and specialized cleaning, with a focus on safety and compliance. Candidates must be 18+ and able to pass federal and DMV background checks.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in commercial cleaning is an asset.
• Knowledge of cleaning techniques, materials and equipment.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Attention to detail and thoroughness.
• Effective communication with coworkers and supervisors.

Responsabilités

• General Cleaning: sweep, mop, vacuum, and sanitize surfaces.
• Floor Maintenance: strip, wax, and buff floors; shampoo carpets.
• Specialized Cleaning: clean high-touch surfaces and sensitive areas.
• Safety & Compliance: follow trainings, adhere to safety guidelines.
