Job summary

Ecobrite Services, LLC is seeking a part-time Housekeeping Janitor to perform building services. You will work with management to maintain an effective cleaning schedule, with day-to-day routines and a defined timetable.

The ideal candidate will be organized, dedicated, and able to complete duties while adhering to safety guidelines and training requirements. Must be 18+ and able to clear background checks; shift includes various times with an evening option and a $13.00–$14.00/hour pay rate.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in commercial or institutional cleaning is an asset.

Responsibilities

• General Cleaning: Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors; empty waste receptacles; clean and sanitize desks, surfaces, and restrooms.
• Floor Maintenance: Strip, wax, buff floors; shampoo and extract carpets; remove stains and spills.
• Specialized Cleaning: Clean high-touch surfaces and server/repair rooms; use appropriate cleaning agents; operate floor scrubbers and carpet extractors.
• Safety and Compliance: Follow safety guidelines; complete trainings; maintain security and confidentiality policies.
