Job summary

Ecobrite Services, LLC is seeking a part-time Housekeeping Janitor to perform building services. The successful candidate will be highly organized, dedicated, and able to handle a variety of duties simultaneously.

You will work with management to maintain an effective cleaning schedule, which will include your day-to-day routines and work timetable. Responsibilities include general cleaning, floor maintenance, specialized cleaning, and safety/compliance.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of cleaning techniques, materials, and equipment.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Attention to detail and thoroughness in completing tasks.
• Effective communication skills to interact with coworkers and supervisors.

Responsibilities

• General Cleaning: sweep, mop, vacuum, empty trash, sanitize surfaces, and clean restrooms.
• Floor Maintenance: strip, wax, buff floors; shampoo carpets; remove stains.
• Specialized Cleaning: follow protocols for sensitive areas; clean high-touch surfaces; operate cleaning equipment.
• Safety and Compliance: follow safety guidelines and report maintenance needs; adhere to policies.
• Schedule coordination: work with management to maintain cleaning timetable.
