Job summary

Ecobrite Services, LLC is seeking a part-time Housekeeping Janitor to perform building cleaning duties. The role requires strong organization, dedication, and the ability to manage a busy cleaning schedule with management.

Responsibilities include general cleaning, floor maintenance, specialized cleaning, safety and compliance, and physical tasks. Candidates must be 18+ and able to clear federal and DMV background checks.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in commercial or institutional cleaning is an asset.
• Knowledge of cleaning techniques, materials, and equipment.

Responsibilities

• General Cleaning: sweep, mop, vacuum, sanitize desks and surfaces, and manage waste.
• Floor Maintenance: strip, wax, buff floors, and shampoo carpets.
• Specialized Cleaning: clean high-touch surfaces and operate cleaning equipment.
• Safety and Compliance: follow safety policies and complete trainings; report needs.
