Seminole Shores Assisted Living Center seeks a Housekeeping and Laundry Assistant to maintain a clean, odor-free, safe, and homelike environment for residents, staff and guests. Responsibilities include cleaning resident apartments, completing laundry services, and supporting infection control standards with dignity and respect.

Shifts available: 1st Shift Part Time. Benefits include health insurance, FSA, 401(k) with company match, PTO, and opportunities for advancement and additional shifts.

Qualifikationen

• Must be able to read, write and carry out directions in English.
• Housekeeping, laundry, hospitality, or healthcare experience is preferred.
• Minimum of 16 years of age.
• Must be able to pass the state mandated criminal background screening and pre-employment drug screening for illegal substances.

Aufgaben

• Clean resident apartments as assigned, including bathrooms, floors, windows, dusting, trash removal, and general tidying.
• Clean and sanitize common areas such as dining rooms, lounges, lobbies, activity spaces, public restrooms, and service areas.
• Dust furniture, fixtures, handrails, baseboards, lamps, and other assigned areas.
• Refill paper products, soap dispensers, and other supplies as needed.
• Empty trash and recyclables and dispose of items properly.
• Use cleaning products, chemicals, and equipment safely and according to directions.
