Freedom Square of Seminole is seeking a FLOOR TECH to join our Environmental Services team in Seminole, FL. The role features a 6:00pm–11:00pm schedule, Monday through Friday, with emphasis on clean and safe maintenance of common areas and resident spaces.

The ideal candidate has floor care experience or general housekeeping exposure, can lift up to 30 pounds, and communicates effectively in English within a fast-paced, hospitable senior living environment.

Qualifications

• Two years of housekeeping experience preferred, but not required.
• Must be able to lift 30 pounds and follow instructions in English.
• Attention to detail and sanitation rules are essential.

Responsibilities

• Perform general housekeeping duties: vacuum, clean bathrooms, kitchens and dust all surfaces.
• Complete tasks in priority order as set by supervisor.
• Other duties as assigned.
