Job summary

Seminole Shores Assisted Living Center South is seeking a compassionate Resident Support Aide to assist residents with daily care and independence. Part-time positions available with all shifts, offering competitive hourly pay and opportunities for growth.

You will deliver person-centered care based on individual service plans, assist with ADLs, respond to calls, document care, and support residents with meals and activities. English communication required.

Qualifications

• Caregiving experience or certification preferred: CNA, CENA, Home Health Aide.
• Minimum age 17 years.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, verbally and in writing.
• Must pass state background screening.

Responsibilities

• Deliver care based on individualized service plans.
• Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs): bathing, dressing, toileting, hygiene, mobility, dining.
• Respond promptly to resident requests and call lights.
• Observe and report changes in residents’ condition to supervisor.
• Document care and services as directed.
• Assist residents with meals and life enrichment activities as needed.
