Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to read, speak and understand basic English.
• Experience in housekeeping in a hospitality, commercial or residential setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcome new residents and learn their cleaning preferences; adjust cleaning to meet needs.
• Clean apartments and community spaces on a regular schedule; vacuum, mop, dust, kitchens, baths, linens, trash and seasonal tasks.
• Deep clean apartments after move-out and care for vacant units to ready them for new residents.
• Prepare model apartments and guest suites; restock supplies and maintain clean, safe common areas.
