Socket.dev seeks a dedicated Household Manager in Frisco, TX to orchestrate family life with structure, planning, and discretion. This part-time role (18–22 hours/week) focuses on building sustainable systems, calendars, meal planning, and proactive oversight to keep the home calm and organized.

Qualifications

• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Smoke-free environment required.

• Willing to sign an NDA prior to starting.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build, document, and maintain practical household systems and routines.
• Maintain a master family calendar with school, activities, and appointments.
• Plan a 20–30 minute weekly planning meeting (Sunday evening or Monday morning).
• Coordinate travel, sitters, appointments, and logistics as needed.
• Oversee household vendors (cleaners, organizers, maintenance) and seasonal tasks.
