Zusammenfassung

BMS seeks a House Manager to join the residential team supporting individuals in substance use treatment and recovery services. You will help sustain a safe, respectful environment within the OASAS Part 820 program and coordinate daily routines and staff coverage.

Responsibilities include responding to emergencies, documenting incidents, and maintaining confidential records while guiding a shift team and ensuring adherence to program expectations.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent and at least two years of relevant residential, substance use, behavioral health, or human services experience.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate daily residential routines, room readiness, visitor procedures, safety rounds, and shift coverage in a 24-hour setting.
• Assist with residents’ needs, respond to and document incidents, and facility issues.
• Engage residents with a person-centered, trauma-informed approach; reinforce program expectations and refer clinical or medical questions to authorized staff.
• Respond to emergencies and safety concerns, follow overdose response and incident reporting procedures, and notify clinical and program leaders promptly.
• Maintain accurate communication logs, round records, and incident documentation while protecting resident confidentiality.
