Job summary

The role requires stamina to stand and walk for long shifts, flexibility for holidays, and strong customer service skills to handle diverse guest interactions.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication to resolve guest issues.
• Must be able to read, write and understand English.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to work varying schedules including holidays and weekends.
• Must be able to stand and walk for an 8-hour shift.

Responsibilities

• Patrol hotel property to ensure guest and team member safety and protect assets.
• Respond to house calls, safety concerns and incidents with professional discretion.
• Investigate, document and report accidents or incidents.
• Complete shift logs and communicate findings to the front desk and management.
• Coordinate with outside law enforcement when needed for incidents or investigations.
• Close the pool at night and monitor the pool area for safety and security.
