Atrium Hospitality in Sioux Falls, SD seeks a Part-time Maintenance Technician to perform preventive maintenance and guest room care in a hotel environment. You will document work orders, troubleshoot minor electrical/HVAC/plumbing issues, and assist with groundskeeping as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of general maintenance experience; hotel maintenance experience preferred.
• Ability to lift 25 lbs regularly and 50 lbs occasionally.
• Ability to bend, squat, walk and stand for extended periods.
• HVAC, electrical, or plumbing certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled preventative maintenance tasks, including guest room care.
• Complete and document guest and associate work orders.
• Troubleshoot and repair minor electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems.
• Maintain, clean, and adjust pool systems and chemicals.
• Repair furniture, fixtures, and hotel equipment such as laundry, kitchen, and small appliances.
• Perform seasonal landscaping, groundskeeping, and trash removal duties.
• Operate and maintain hand tools and power equipment.
