Job summary

My Place Hotels in Ft Pierre, SD is seeking a Maintenance Technician to keep our property running smoothly and safely. You will perform and record maintenance tasks, handle preventative maintenance, and ensure all mechanical areas are in excellent condition to support a great guest experience.

Key responsibilities include completing work orders daily, maintaining HVAC, plumbing and electrical systems, and documenting activities.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills with Microsoft Office to manage maintenance records.
• Excellent written and spoken communication to interact with guests and staff.
• Strong multitasking and organizational abilities for maintenance tasks.
• Dependable, professional demeanor with a consistent approach to all tasks.
• Attention to detail to ensure high maintenance standards.

Responsibilities
