Job summary

Atrium Hospitality is seeking a part-time Maintenance Technician for the Omaha Embassy Suites, located at 555 South 10th St, Omaha, NE 68102. The role involves preventive maintenance, guest room care, and basic repairs to electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and hotel equipment.

Candidates should have at least 6 months of general maintenance experience, the ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally, and the stamina to stand for long periods. HVAC/electrical/plumbing certifications are a plus.

Qualifications

Minimum 6 months of general maintenance experience required; hotel maintenance experience preferred.
Ability to lift 25 lbs regularly and 50 lbs occasionally.
Ability to bend, squat, walk, and stand for extended periods.
HVAC, electrical, or plumbing certification a plus.

Responsibilities

Perform scheduled preventative maintenance tasks, including guest room care.
Complete and document guest and associate work orders.
Troubleshoot and repair minor electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems.
Maintain, clean, and adjust pool systems and chemicals.
Repair furniture, fixtures, and hotel equipment such as laundry, kitchen, and small appliances.
Perform seasonal landscaping, groundskeeping, and trash removal duties.
Operate and maintain hand tools and power equipment.
