Qualifications

• Must have proven maintenance technician experience.
• Basic understanding of electrical, plumbing, hydraulic, and HVAC systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills and manual dexterity.
• Able to work flexible hours and overtime.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repairs in areas such as plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, landscaping, and HVAC.
• Respond to guest requests in a courteous, efficient, and safe manner.
• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs to hotel rooms, equipment, and systems including laundry equipment, boilers, plumbing, HVAC, and electrical systems.
• Respond to emergency situations and notify leadership as required.
• Maintain records and complete work orders daily; assist with special projects and renovations.
