Job summary

Stonebridge Companies is seeking a part-time Maintenance Attendant in Denver, CO to support hotel maintenance, ensuring all facilities and equipment function properly. You will assist with preventative maintenance, minor repairs, and safety procedures, contributing to a safe guest and staff environment.

Responsibilities include maintaining HVAC, refrigeration, plumbing systems, and logging checks; monitoring utilities; and responding to emergencies as needed.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of maintenance systems (refrigeration, heating, plumbing, electrical).
• Ability to perform preventative maintenance and minor repairs on equipment.
• Familiarity with safety procedures, including lockout-tagout, is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional and courteous service at all times.
• Assist with maintenance and preventative maintenance tasks across hotel systems (refrigeration, HVAC, plumbing, electrical).
• Monitor energy consumption and report issues as needed.
• Complete maintenance projects on time and to specifications.
• Log findings from equipment checks and report safety concerns promptly.
