Job summary

Stonebridge Companies' Renaissance Denver City Center Hotel in downtown Denver is seeking a Maintenance Attendant to support hotel facilities and equipment, performing preventive maintenance and repairs to ensure guest comfort and safety. You'll work with the Chief Engineer, handle tasks across refrigeration, plumbing, electrical systems, and A/C units, and follow OSHA safety procedures.

Evening, weekend, and holiday availability may be required; strong problem-solving and teamwork are

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of refrigeration, heating, plumbing, and electrical systems.
• Ability to perform preventive maintenance and minor repairs.
• Familiarity with safety procedures, including lockout-tagout.
• Strong problem-solving and attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate effectively with team and management.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional and courteous service at all times.
• Assist with maintenance and preventive maintenance tasks across hotel systems.
• Monitor consumption and report issues as needed.
• Complete maintenance projects on time and to specifications.
• Follow lockout-tagout and safety procedures per OSHA standards.
• Log findings from equipment checks and maintain records.
• Respond to emergencies and support event spaces and hotel areas.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of workspaces and storage areas.
