Responsibilities

• Provide professional and courteous service at all times.
• Assist with maintenance and preventative maintenance tasks, including refrigeration, heating, plumbing, A/C units, and hotel equipment.
• Monitor energy consumption and report issues as needed.
• Ensure projects are completed on time and to specifications.
• Perform preventative maintenance in guest rooms and public areas as scheduled.
• Log findings from maintenance checks and report safety concerns immediately.
• Maintain key inventory and adhere to security procedures.
• Respond to emergencies and assist as needed.
• Participate in maintenance programs for event spaces and hotel equipment.
