Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Wash dishes, glassware, and utensils and ensure cleanliness and sanitization.
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen floors, counters, walls, and equipment.
• Dispose of waste and recycling; keep bins clean.
• Organize kitchen supplies and replenish stock as needed.
• Clean and maintain ovens, grills, fryers, and refrigerators; ensure proper operation.
• Follow health and safety regulations to prevent contamination.
• Clean dining area surfaces and maintain overall guest area cleanliness.
• Respond to spills or emergencies requiring immediate cleaning.
