Job summary

Murrieta Hot Springs Resort is seeking a part-time Steward to support our culinary team by maintaining clean kitchen facilities and providing clean tableware for all dining areas. The role requires attention to detail, the ability to follow instructions, and a commitment to safety and sanitation.

You will assist with washing dishes, stocking supplies, and keeping the kitchen area organized and hygienic to ensure a smooth dining service.

Qualifications

• Able to understand English and follow simple verbal instructions.
• Some hotel/restaurant experience preferred.
• Willing to perform routine cleaning tasks and handle heavy objects.
• Safety-minded with high cleanliness standards.

Responsibilities

• Communicate guest requests to a supervisor in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintain clean dishes, tableware, and kitchen areas throughout service.
• Wash, disinfect, and store china, glassware, and silverware per procedures.
• Operate and clean dishwashing equipment and carts.
• Keep kitchen floors clean and safe; mop and sweep daily.
• Follow all Murrieta Hot Springs Resort policies and safety rules.
