Job summary

Roma Table Italian Kitchen in Sevierville is seeking Hosts/Hostesses to welcome guests, manage wait times, and escort diners to seating areas. You will also assist with To-Go orders and keep a tidy reception area.

The role requires strong hospitality skills, excellent communication, and the ability to work as part of a team across dining and bar areas. Prior hospitality experience is beneficial.

Qualifications

• Understanding of restaurant etiquette.
• Familiarity with health and safety regulations.
• Demonstrable customer service skills.
• Excellent communication skills (via phone and in-person).
• Strong organizational skills to monitor the dining and bar areas.
• Availability to work in shifts as needed.
• Good physical condition to walk and stand during a shift.
• High school diploma; hospitality certification is a plus.

This location requires you to be 18 years of age or older.

Job description:

We are looking for Hosts and Hostess's to join our team and be the first point of contact for our guests. All of our Hosts and Hostess's will be trained and capable of executing To-Go orders.

Host/Hostess responsibilities include greeting guests, providing accurate wait times and escorting customers to the dining and bar areas. For this role, you should have solid organizational and people skills to make sure our guests have a positive dining experience from the moment they arrive till their departure.

Ultimately, you’ll ensure we provide excellent customer service and a pleasant dining experience to our guests. Sometimes, you will assist in running food, clearing and setting tables, and execute To-Go orders.
