At Avallé, we believe every visit should feel like a gathering among old friends. Set on the grounds of Matthews Farm, our tasting room is a place of warmth, curiosity, and celebration. We're looking for a Host who embodies that spirit from the very first welcome.

The Role

• Manage reservations & walk-in flow using Tock, our reservation system
• Welcome and seat guests, creating a memorable first impression
• Coordinate with tasting room staff to ensure smooth service
• Verify age ID for all guests per Washington alcohol regulations
• Communicate wait times clearly and keep guests engaged
• Maintain a clean, welcoming entrance and common areas
• Pour a welcome splash of wine for guests as they wait for their table and/or server

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older at time of hire

• Previous hosting, front-of-house, or guest-facing experience preferred
• Working with a sense of urgency
• Warm, outgoing personality with genuine passion for hospitality
