Responsibilities

• Lead Orientation Sessions: Facilitate onboarding and orientation presentations for newly hired caregivers.
• Train & Prepare: Educate staff on company policies, non-medical care standards, safety protocols, and best practices.
• Curriculum Delivery: Walk new hires through essential care techniques, documentation guidelines, and client engagement strategies.
• Support & Mentorship: Answer questions, address training gaps, and provide a welcoming introduction to the Right at Home team.
• Compliance Tracking: Ensure all orientation paperwork and training sign-offs are completed and recorded.
