We are seeking a Part-Time Homecare Trainer / Orientation Coordinator to lead onboarding and educational sessions for incoming caregivers. This role focuses on delivering our orientation presentations, reviewing core caregiving standards, and ensuring new team members feel fully prepared, confident, and equipped to deliver exceptional, non-medical home care to our clients. This is an ideal part-time opportunity consisting of fixed hours on Wednesdays and Fridays (3 hours per day).
Lead Orientation Sessions: Facilitate structured onboarding and orientation presentations for newly hired caregivers.
Train & Prepare: Educate staff on company policies, non-medical care standards, safety protocols, and best practices to ensure they are fully ready for client visits.
Curriculum Delivery: Walk new hires through essential care techniques, documentation guidelines, and client engagement strategies.
Support & Mentorship: Answer questions, address training gaps, and provide a welcoming, supportive introduction to the Right at Home team.
Compliance Tracking: Ensure all orientation paperwork and training sign-offs are accurately completed and recorded.
Experience: Background in healthcare, professional training, education, or healthcare administration (prior experience in home care or caregiving training is a strong plus). CNA is also a strong plus.
Communication Skills: Excellent public speaking, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and motivate adult learners.
Reliability: Punctual and dependable, with the ability to consistently commit to a recurring part-time schedule.
Alignment: A strong dedication to elderly care, compassion, and professionalism.

Schedule: Wednesdays and Fridays, 3 hours per shift (Total: 6 hours per week).
