Qualifications

High school diploma or GED preferred.
Three years of caregiver/Home Health Aide experience in healthcare.
Ability to read, write, speak and understand English as needed for the job.
Possess a valid driver’s license and insured automobile.

Responsibilities

Provide personal care activities to assist with activities of daily living.
Assist with hygiene, ambulation/transfers, eating, dressing, and grooming.
Prepare meals and snacks per instructions.
Companionship and accompany to appointments.
Perform light housekeeping tasks and laundry.
Assist with medications reminders and routine exercises as taught by a nurse.
Support dementia care and incontinence care as needed.
