Job summary

Signify Health, part of CVS Health, seeks a Part-time Physician to perform in-home health evaluations in Cedar Rapids and surrounding areas. Visits last about 45 minutes, include medication and medical history review, physical exam, and optional diagnostic tests as needed.

You will use an iPad and a clinical workflow, travel locally within licensed states, and may conduct virtual visits. MDs or DOs with an active license are encouraged to apply; malpractice coverage and supplies are provided.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted license(s) in coverage area(s).
• MDs and DOs with an active license in the applicable state.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home health evaluations, including health history review and physical examination.
• Perform diagnostic tests when ordered by the health plan and as needed.
• Travel locally to member homes; conduct virtual visits as needed.
• Use Signify Health's iPad workflow to document findings and coordinate care.
