Job summary

Highland Homes in the Houston area is seeking a Part-Time Sales Assistant to support the Sales Counselor and Sales Associates in marketing the community. The role offers hourly compensation and up to 27 hours per week, with a high school diploma required and prior sales experience a plus.

The PTSA will open/close models, greet customers, manage registrations, and help with inventory, paperwork, and closings as needed to ensure smooth daily operations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma is required.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communicator both oral and written.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Support the Sales Counselor and Sales Associates with selling and marketing the community.
• Open and close the model in the morning/evenings and ensure readiness for customers.
• Greet customers, collect registrations, and set up follow-up appointments when needed.
• Maintain model cleanliness, inventory, and related marketing materials.
